Multi-Guard® ADR is a unique worldwide multivitamin formulation, which was designed based on the latest scientific data on the role played by specific micronutrients in the treatment of fatigue.

More specifically, they used:
– 2 of the most well-known and effective adaptogenic herbs, in titrated extract form: Rhodiola Rosea and Korean Ginseng.
– High content of all the vitamins of the B complex, as these contribute to the normal functioning of metabolic processes aimed at energy production*. Special emphasis was given to vitamins B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, which contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue* and to pantothenic acid (Vitamin B5), which, in addition to treating fatigue and fatigue, also contributes to the normal mental function.*
– High dose (30mg, per 2 tablets) of coenzyme Q10 and taurine as these two micronutrients participate in the production of cellular energy.
– Vitamins D, C, selenium, folic acid, zinc, and copper, as people with chronic fatigue often show immune disorders and these micronutrients contribute to normal immune function*.
– High dose of magnesium (300mg, per 2 tablets), which in addition to treating tiredness and fatigue, also contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system*.

Use
Dosage: 2 tablets daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.

Storage: Store in a cool and dry environment and protect from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Assimilation time: Less than 1 hour.

Precautions: May cause yellow discoloration of urine. This is harmless and indicates that the body is eliminating excess vitamin B2 (riboflavin).

This product contains iron, which if misused, may be harmful to small children. Keep them out of the reach of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet.
